Since bathing suit season is fast approaching, I thought I would share my daily workout routine. Everyday mom has me do a morning workout on my gym after my breakfast. While I do my work out, mom has about 20 minutes to get dressed and eat her breakfast. Mom and dad ususally have me do another circuit on the gym around 8PM.
I have been doing this excercise routine for a couple of months now and it is really paying off. Although I am not crawling or rolling over yet, I have built up enough core strength that I can make at least a full 90 degree rotation in my gym (as you see in the pictures posted). A couple more months of this and dad is going to be jealous of my 6-pack abs.
Another note of encouragement to get everyone motivated to workout, that late night workout has been key to getting a good night sleep. My workout is so intense that I am tired enough to sleep all night.
